Yes, changes to your reservation can be made based on availability at the time of your request. You are able to make changes to your reservation such as the number of drivers or date/time, or even the course.
However, if you wish to make changes or cancel your booking within 6 days prior (Japan Standard Time) to your activity date, our Cancellation Policy will apply.
Yes. Our standard insurance plan with basic coverage is indeed included in the tour fee, but you will have to pay a deductible if there are any kart damages due to bumping, scratching, rough driving or accidents. The deductible of 50,000 JPY/vehicle will be billed right after the tour.
The standard insurance plan covers:
・odily Injury (other than driver) : Limited to 80,000,000 JPY
・Property Damage : Limited to 20,000,000 JPY
・Driver Injury: Limited to 5,000,000 JPY
Therefore, we highly recommend our valuable customers choosing the full coverage insurance plan when making the reservation online or at the shop with an additional fee.
The full coverage insurance plan covers:
・Bodily Injury (other than driver) : Unlimited
・Property Damage : Unlimited
・Kart Damage : Unlimited
・Driver Injury: up to 30,000,000 JPY

I can’t believe how much fun this was! I didn’t expect to be so immersed in the experience. Our guide made everything so easy and ensured we were safe while having fun. The views from the go-kart were just incredible—the city lights at night looked stunning. After the ride, we walked around Akihabara to soak in the vibe even more. One of the best things I’ve ever done in Tokyo. Seriously, don’t miss it!
This go-kart tour is a must for anyone visiting Tokyo. It was an incredible way to see the city. My wife and I are in our 60s, and we were a bit hesitant at first, but the guide was amazing—so patient and attentive. We were cruising through the city and even got to see the famous Shibuya Crossing up close. The whole experience was smooth, and we never felt unsafe. This is one of the most memorable things we’ve done during our trip.

If you love driving, this is an experience you cannot miss! I had a blast cruising through the streets of Tokyo in a go-kart.
